Been using Tenobet since about March, and I suppose I have a fair bit of mileage to say something useful. Came across it through a mate of mine who was chasing a site with half-decent lobby depth without the usual affordability checks you get now on the UKGC sites. Should flag early: this isn’t UKGC licensed and it’s not on the GamStop scheme, and that is either the point or a dealbreaker.
The lobby is pretty huge — roughly 4,000+ slots last I looked, and the providers that matter all turn up: Pragmatic, Net Ent, Play’n GO, Big Time Gaming, Yggdrasil, Microgaming. I mostly rinse Sweet Bonanza and Gates of Olympus, which both run fine on mobile browser. Live dealer’s Evolution, so it’s what you’re getting — actual dealers, the game shows like Crazy Time when I fancy a punt on something daft. Sports betting’s bolted on as well, and it I’ve dabbled in for the football, decent odds, nothing groundbreaking.
Bonus-wise it’s 100% up to ?125 with 100 free spins, and you need the code JOIN002 — I nearly forgot it the first time. Read the wagering before you commit, the requirement is fairly standard to be honest. Don’t expect free credit without depositing as far as I can tell. If you want to see current promos, they’re listed over on tenobet review before you sign up. Minimum deposit is a tenner, registration took under five minutes.
Money side’s been the better half in my experience. Visa/Mastercard work, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are there, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. E-wallet withdrawals have come through within a day; Visa took closer to three days. The one thing that annoyed me was KYC — it took about two days to verify me, and my first withdrawal sat waiting the whole time. Not dodgy, but slower than I’d like.
Other gripes: no native app, which means browser only. It’s responsive enough on my phone though an app would be nicer. Logging in can be sluggish around weekend evenings. Customer service at Tenobet is English-speaking and reasonably quick, but the opening messages are copy-paste. Ask a specific question and someone competent turns up.
